Our policy on outgoing e-mails:
Confidentiality: This

In such a case please notify the sender by return e-mail
immediately and delete the message and its attachments together with
all copies in whatever form.

business of Clark & Partners Ltd are neither given nor endorsed by
it. Viruses: This e-mail and any attachments have been
checked for viruses and other malware using up to date software.
However, Clark & Partners Ltd accepts no responsibility for any
viruses or malware not revealed by such checks, and in accordance
with good computing practice recipients should ensure that they are
actually virus and malware free.
Emails not sent by us: This policy is only in effect if
you have received an email from an employee of Clark & Partners Ltd.
Due to the nature of how email works, it is possible for an email to
seem like it has been sent by someone, when in actual fact it has
been sent by a completely different person.
This is called ‘spoofing’ and many spammers use this technique.
If you have been sent an email, which ends in ‘@clarkandpartners.co.uk’,
and you believe this to be spam, it is likely that someone is
spoofing our email address, and the email you have received never
actually originated from us.
Please forward the offending email to our System Administrator
soconnor@clarkandpartners.co.uk and be assured that we will deal
with this in an appropriate manner, such as reporting it to the
relevant authorities.
